Recruit CRM pricing: how seats and credits add up

How Recruit CRM bills Pro, Business and Enterprise per user, what its pooled credits cover and how to add up seats for your agency, read October 27, 2026.

Quick answerRecruit CRM bills per user on three plans: Pro, Business and Enterprise. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance per user, pooled across the account, for metered features. A five-person agency pays for five seats. Read the live page from a US view with billing set to monthly and then to annual.
Recruit CRM is likely to fit when

✓ Founders of new US recruitment or staffing agencies with one to ten recruiters

✓ Freelance recruiters replacing spreadsheets with an ATS and CRM

✓ Desks that want candidates, clients, deals and invoices in one system

✓ Teams comfortable watching a pooled monthly credit allowance

Important limitations

— Teams that want one flat price with no metered features

— Buyers who need a free plan rather than a trial

— Employers who only post a few jobs and collect applicants

— Large staffing firms that need quote-based enterprise governance tiers

Recruit CRM pricing: how the plans are counted

Recruit CRM sells three plans, Pro, Business and Enterprise, and the billing unit is the user. The pricing page has a toggle for monthly and annual billing, and its label says annual billing saves up to 17 percent. Pro is described as the plan for startup recruitment businesses, Business is marked most popular, and Enterprise is sold through a demo button rather than a trial button.

Every plan lists unlimited jobs, candidates and contacts, so a growing database does not raise the bill. A growing team does. The amounts stay on the live page because they change and differ by billing setting.

The seat arithmetic in four steps

  • Count seats: everyone who needs a login is a user. Five recruiters are five seats on any plan.
  • Pick the plan by limits, not by label. Pro lists 1 hiring pipeline, 15 custom fields and 1 mailbox connection per user, so a desk that runs several pipelines or many custom fields should price Business.
  • Run the sum on the live page: seats times the per-user amount, once with billing on monthly and once on annual. Divide by your recruiters for the cost per recruiter.
  • Add credits: the pool equals seats times the plan's allowance per user. Five seats on Pro pool 500 credits a month, and five seats on Business pool 1,000.

What the credit pool covers

The pricing page lists 100 free credits per user per month on Pro, 200 on Business and 2,000 on Enterprise, pooled at the account level. More credits can be purchased. It lists these rates for metered features. Twenty unique jobs multiposted in a month, at 25 credits each, use 500 credits, which is the whole pool of a five-seat Pro account.

  • AI sourcing and matching: 3 credits per 100 profiles.
  • Data enrichment: 1 to 4 credits per record, with no charge when nothing is found.
  • Job multiposting: 25 credits per unique job.
  • Calling and texting: from 0.27 credits per minute, varying by country.
  • Advanced analytics: 300 credits per user per month, switchable on and off monthly.
  • LinkedIn messaging and project sync: 150 credits per user per month. WhatsApp messaging: 100 credits per user per month.
  • Workflow automation: listed from 500 credits a month, by task volume. Contract timesheets: 100 credits per active contractor per month, in tiers.

Plan limits and hidden costs that change the bill

  • Business adds branded resume formatting, multichannel sequences, executive search reports, white-labeled pages, the open API, single sign-on, audit logs and custom roles.
  • Enterprise adds the Recruit Craft website and career page builder, a named account manager with quarterly reviews and a credit pool the vendor calls ten times the Business pool. Recruit Craft is priced separately on Pro and Business.
  • Support is 24/7 live chat on every plan, and the FAQ says support is part of the subscription and not charged separately. A named account manager is listed on Enterprise only.
  • Assisted data migration is paid, and the vendor's migration page prices it by the amount of data. The CSV import tool is the free route.

Free trial, renewal and refunds

  • The FAQ states a 30-day free trial. The pricing page does not say whether a card is needed, so confirm on the sign-up form.
  • Plans can be changed later. Per the terms, an upgrade is charged pro rata for the current month, while a downgrade forfeits unused seats or amounts for the cycle and can remove features or capacity.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for a term of the same length at the standard charges then in force. Charges are nonrefundable unless the terms, a form or a plan says otherwise.
  • The vendor can change a credit allowance, or adjust the Enterprise price when it adds add-ons, on six months' notice.
  • The home page says free to start with no contracts, but the terms say remaining charges for the term are owed if an account ends early. Ask which applies before you pay.
