What is Recruit CRM? An ATS and CRM built for agencies

What Recruit CRM is, what an ATS plus CRM does for a recruitment agency, what the plans include and who it suits, read October 27, 2026.

Quick answerRecruit CRM is cloud software that joins an applicant tracking system for candidates and jobs with a CRM for clients, contacts and deals. It adds outreach sequences, AI agents, invoicing and timesheets. It is sold per user on Pro, Business and Enterprise plans, mainly for recruitment agencies and search firms.

What is Recruit CRM? One system for candidates and clients

An applicant tracking system, or ATS, records candidates, jobs and where each candidate sits in a hiring process. A CRM records the other side: client companies, hiring contacts, deals and follow-ups. Recruit CRM combines both in one database, so a recruiter can go from a client's job brief to a shortlist to an invoice without switching tools.

The vendor positions it for recruitment agencies and executive search firms. Its pages list permanent and direct hire, retained search, contract staffing, outsourced recruiting and corporate recruitment as the types of work it serves.

What the software does

  • Records: candidates, companies, contacts, jobs, deals, placements and activities, with advanced search, hotlists, talent pools and a kanban pipeline view.
  • Sourcing: a Chrome extension that adds profiles from LinkedIn and the web, AI resume parsing and an AI sourcing search the vendor says covers 800 million external profiles.
  • Outreach: email sequences, with LinkedIn and SMS steps, plus two-way email and calendar sync, bulk email and a meeting scheduler.
  • AI agents: the vendor lists agents that format resumes, write candidate submissions, draft pitches to clients and parse custom fields, plus a connector to AI assistants it calls MCP.
  • Billing: invoicing from placements and contract timesheets for contractor pay and client billing.
  • Extras: workflow automation, a website and career page builder called Recruit Craft, a hiring manager portal and a mobile app.
  • Data handling: the vendor says customer data is stored in Amazon Web Services data centers, that customers own their data and that it can be extracted at any time. The terms add that data is kept for 14 days after an account ends.

ATS and CRM compared with a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet can hold a contact list, but it does not remember who submitted which candidate to which client, who was promised a callback or which job is stuck at interview. An ATS and CRM keeps that history on each record and shows it as a pipeline. The cost is a monthly charge per user, plus the time to import your contacts, so the system is most useful when more than one person touches the same candidates and clients.

How it is sold

Recruit CRM is a subscription priced per user. There are three plans, Pro, Business and Enterprise, each with a monthly credit allowance per user that is pooled across the account and spent on metered features such as AI sourcing, data enrichment and job multiposting. The pricing page states a 30-day free trial and offers a demo. The seat and credit arithmetic is in the Recruit CRM pricing guide, and amounts stay on the vendor's live page.

Who it suits

  • A new or small agency that wants candidates, clients, deals and invoices in one place instead of spreadsheets and separate tools.
  • A freelance recruiter or a desk of two to ten who is comfortable paying per seat and watching a credit pool.
  • A contract staffing desk that wants timesheets and billing beside the candidate database.

Who it does not suit

  • Anyone who needs a free plan. The pricing page lists a trial, not a free tier.
  • A team that wants every feature in one flat price. Several features consume credits, and several controls start at Business.
  • Employers who only need to post a few jobs and collect applicants, who may find a simpler applicant tracker enough.
