Recruit CRM review: what a small agency gets and where it stops

A Recruit CRM review for small recruitment agencies, read from the vendor's pricing, features and terms pages on October 27, 2026, with limits stated.

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-27

Quick answerRecruit CRM is an ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies, sold per user on Pro, Business and Enterprise plans with a shared monthly credit pool for metered features. It suits a small agency that wants candidates, clients, deals and invoices in one system. It fits less well if you want flat billing with no metered features.
Recruit CRM is likely to fit when

✓ Founders of new US recruitment or staffing agencies with one to ten recruiters

✓ Freelance recruiters replacing spreadsheets with an ATS and CRM

✓ Desks that want candidates, clients, deals and invoices in one system

✓ Teams comfortable watching a pooled monthly credit allowance

Important limitations

— Teams that want one flat price with no metered features

— Buyers who need a free plan rather than a trial

— Employers who only post a few jobs and collect applicants

— Large staffing firms that need quote-based enterprise governance tiers

Recruit CRM review: what it is and how this review was made

Recruit CRM is cloud software for recruitment agencies that keeps candidates, clients, jobs, deals and placements in one database. It is sold per user on three plans: Pro, Business and Enterprise.

This review is a close reading of the vendor's pricing, features, data migration and terms pages, each dated October 27, 2026. It reports what those pages state, labels the vendor's own claims as claims and leaves amounts to the live pricing page, which shows two billing settings. It also names the points where the vendor's pages disagree with each other.

Where Recruit CRM fits a small agency

  • One database for candidates, companies, contacts, jobs, deals and placements, with a kanban pipeline view, hotlists and talent pools on every plan. Jobs, candidates and contacts are listed as unlimited.
  • The vendor describes Pro as the plan for startup recruitment businesses. Pro includes the Chrome sourcing extension, two-way email and calendar sync, bulk email, a meeting scheduler and a hiring manager portal.
  • Three AI agents for candidate submissions, candidate pitches and custom field parsing come with Pro, along with a connector the vendor calls MCP that links the data to AI assistants.
  • Invoicing, client submissions with feedback and deal pipelines are listed on every plan. Contract timesheets are listed too, with credit use.
  • The pricing page lists 24/7 live chat on every plan and a mobile app.

Limits to weigh before a trial

  • Pro lists 1 hiring pipeline, 15 custom fields and 1 mailbox connection per user. Business lists 100 pipelines, 100 custom fields and 2 mailbox connections per user.
  • Several controls start at Business: branded resume formatting, executive search reports, the open API, single sign-on, audit logs, custom roles and removal of Recruit CRM branding.
  • Many useful features consume credits: AI sourcing and matching, data enrichment, job multiposting, workflow automation, texting and calling, LinkedIn messaging, WhatsApp and advanced analytics. Each plan includes a monthly allowance per user, pooled across the account, and more credits can be bought.
  • Assisted data migration is paid. The built-in CSV import tool is the free route.
  • The website builder, Recruit Craft, is priced separately on Pro and Business and included on Enterprise.

What the terms say about renewal and exit

The terms of service, effective March 26, 2026, say subscription charges are payable in advance except during the free trial, and subscriptions renew automatically for a term of the same length at the standard charges then in force. Charges are nonrefundable unless the terms, a form or a plan says otherwise. If an account ends before the end of its term, the remaining charges for that term are owed unless the vendor waives them in writing. After termination, or after an unsubscribed trial, data is kept for 14 days for export and can then be deleted.

The home page says free to start with no contracts, while the terms describe subscription terms. Ask which applies to your plan before you pay.

Vendor claims, labeled as claims

The vendor reports more than 2,000 agencies in over 100 countries, faster placements and a database of external profiles for AI sourcing. These are the vendor's own figures, and this review rests no recommendation on them. A comparison page the vendor publishes about a rival is also the vendor's own argument, so rival facts on this site come from the rival's pages.
