Pro costs $95 per user per month billed annually or $109 billed monthly, as read on October 27, 2026. Subscription charges are due in full in advance, except during the trial, and taxes are extra. Recruit CRM may charge interest of 1.5% per month on late payments.
Charges are nonrefundable, with no refunds for partial use or non-use. Subscriptions renew automatically for an equal term at the then-standard charges. Ending an account early makes the rest of the term's charges due, unless Recruit CRM waives them in writing.
The home page says free to start with no contracts and cancel anytime; the terms mean no refunds and rest-of-term charges.
What happens to your data when you leave
The terms keep your data for 14 days after termination or an unsubscribed trial, and deleted data cannot be recovered. The help center says about two months after a cancellation. Use the shorter window: 14 days under the terms; export first. Deactivating an account causes permanent data loss.
The terms promise commercially reasonable safeguards for your data and make you the data controller and Recruit CRM the data processor for personal data. Recruit CRM's security page says its computing runs on AWS, sensitive data is encrypted at rest and third parties run periodic penetration tests.
Recruit CRM's own claims, read as claims
Customer counts, ratings and placement gains on Recruit CRM's pages are the vendor's statements, and none of them carries weight in this answer. It rests on the terms, the pricing page and the help center. The no-card line comes from the vendor's sign-up page, which says no credit card is required for the 30-day trial.
To avoid paying a year up front, Recruit CRM Pro is $109 per user per month billed monthly, and Bullhorn bills every small-agency plan per user per month, Starter at $99. Recruit CRM's charges stay nonrefundable on either basis. Manatal gives a 14-day trial with no card. The Recruit CRM alternatives page prices both.
A 30-day trial, which can end early at a usage cap, lets you judge the vendor before you subscribe. See the Recruit CRM free trial terms and the Recruit CRM review.
