Each price names its own billing basis. The Zoho Recruit Standard rate comes from Zoho's own price data for the staffing edition.
Three Recruit CRM limits are worth weighing. It has no free plan, and its help center caps candidates, contacts and companies per user on every paid plan. Its metered features, such as AI sourcing and data enrichment, also spend credits, a shared account balance that refills each billing cycle.

Try Recruit CRM →Cheaper seats: Manatal and Zoho Recruit
Manatal Professional is $15 per user per month billed annually, or about $19 billed monthly from Manatal's page data. It caps the whole account at 15 jobs and lists up to 10,000 candidates. Workflow automation starts on Manatal's Enterprise plan, $35 billed annually. Manatal gives a 14-day free trial with no card. Recruit CRM vs Manatal sets the two side by side.
Zoho Recruit's staffing edition has a Forever Free plan with 1 active job. Standard is $25 per user per month billed annually, with 100 active jobs; Professional is $50 and Enterprise is $75 on the same basis, with 250 and 750 active jobs. That answers the search for a Recruit CRM alternative that is free: among these six, only Zoho Recruit's page lists a free plan. See Recruit CRM vs Zoho Recruit.
Bigger suites: Bullhorn and Loxo
Bullhorn's small-agency plans are billed per user per month: Starter is $99 and Core is $165, with Pro and Max by quote. Core adds the app marketplace, which Bullhorn says has 300+ partners, plus custom fields and workflows. Implementation is free on Starter, Core and Pro. Bullhorn's small-agency pricing page FAQ says it has no free trial, while its page data points to sales for trial options.
Take a six-recruiter staffing agency that places contractors every week and needs timesheets and invoicing. Recruit CRM charges timesheets in credits, 100 per active contractor per month for the first 15, so six Pro seats pool 600 credits a month, enough for six active contractors before any other feature that uses credits. Bullhorn sells timesheets and client invoicing as Middle Office, a separate product with no price on its pricing page, so that desk asks Bullhorn for a quote.
Loxo Core starts at $149 per user per month, billed annually and paid up front, with no monthly option. Credits sit on Professional: 2,500 per seat per month, pooled across the team. Loxo offers a free 7-day trial of Professional.
Search firms and two-user desks: Recruiterflow and Crelate
Recruiterflow Platform is $119 per user per month billed annually, or $149 billed monthly from Recruiterflow's page data. It is created for search firms and lists unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts and companies with no add-ons. Its pricing page shows demo buttons and no trial wording, and the AIRA plan is custom priced. Its paid migration is priced by data volume and typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Crelate Essentials is $85 per user per month, paid annually, and stops at 2 users and 20k contacts. Business is $119 per user per month, with one figure shown for annual or monthly billing. Crelate says you can start a free trial without talking to sales.
When Recruit CRM is still the pick
Pick Recruit CRM when one system should hold candidates, client companies, contacts, deal pipelines and invoicing: all of them are on every plan, including Pro at $95 per user per month billed annually. An account with an annual license can add monthly seats beside it.
Before you choose, run Recruit CRM's 30-day trial, which ends early at its usage caps, beside a rival's, such as Manatal's 14-day trial. The best CRM for recruitment agencies page sets eight tools in one table.
