Monthly or annual billing: what changes

Recruit CRM's annual billing charges the lower per-month rate up front for the whole year, and its pricing page says annual billing saves up to 17 percent. The terms make all charges nonrefundable.

Zoho Recruit says yearly billing saves up to 16 percent, Loxo sells annual plans only and Bullhorn bills monthly. Compare one basis at a time: annual Pro at $95 beside Recruiterflow Platform at $119, or monthly Pro at $109 beside Bullhorn Starter at $99.

Credits and add-ons on top of seats

A credit is a unit of a shared balance that Recruit CRM spends on metered features. Each paid seat adds 100 credits a month on Pro (labeled worth $10), 200 on Business or 2,000 on Enterprise, pooled across the account. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Multiposting (one job on many boards): 25 credits per unique job.
  • Data enrichment (a missing email or phone): 1 to 4 credits per record.
  • AI sourcing: 3 credits per 100 profiles.
  • Workflow automation: from 500 credits a month.
  • Timesheets: 100 credits per active contractor, for 0 to 15 contractors.

Recruit CRM prints no dollar price per credit, and non-expiring extra credits cost 25 percent more than recurring ones. Recruit CRM pricing lists each plan.

Recruit CRM's pricing page lists workflow automation, advanced analytics, LinkedIn messaging and job multiposting on every plan with credit use, while its Bullhorn comparison page calls them Enterprise features or metered by credits, so check which plan holds each one.

Recruit CRM's terms promise six months' notice before revising the credit allocation of an add-on, but let it change the free data-enrichment credits at any time and without notice.

The Additional Records Limit add-on adds 10,000 candidates, contacts and companies each without a new seat, and its help article prints no price list.

Counting the yearly bill for 1, 3 or 10 recruiters

Computed from the rates above, before credits, add-ons, assisted migration and taxes: Recruit CRM Pro costs $1,140 a year for 1 seat, $3,420 for 3 and $11,400 for 10 on annual billing, or $1,308, $3,924 and $13,080 billed monthly. Business costs $1,620, $4,860 and $16,200 billed annually, or $1,908, $5,724 and $19,080 billed monthly. Manatal Professional costs $180, $540 and $1,800 billed annually. Five Pro seats pool 500 credits a month.

A recruiter leaving an agency job to open a two-person contingency desk, moving about 3,000 candidates out of a spreadsheet, would price two seats of Recruit CRM Pro at $95 billed annually or $109 billed monthly, against two seats of Manatal Professional at $15 billed annually or about $19 billed monthly. Pro's cap of 10,000 candidates per user covers the 3,000, but Recruit CRM's trial stops at 50 candidates and counts imports.

Which pricing model fits which agency

  • Per-user plans with credits: Recruit CRM, and Loxo Professional with 2,500 credits per seat a month.
  • Per-user plans without add-ons: Recruiterflow Platform.
  • A free plan with job caps: Zoho Recruit Forever Free, limited to 1 active job.
  • Quote-based tiers: Bullhorn Pro and Max, Loxo Professional and Enterprise, and JobAdder.

Pick Manatal for the leanest seat budget on annual billing, Zoho Recruit for a free plan before paid seats, and Recruit CRM for deal pipelines and invoicing on every plan when the desk can budget for credits. The best CRM for recruitment agencies and best free CRM for recruitment guides compare them.

Recruit CRM's pricing FAQ offers a 30-day free trial that can end early at a usage cap, and its terms make subscription charges due in advance except during that trial, so the bill starts when you subscribe.
