Recruit CRM integrations: Zapier, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, MCP and the open API

What connects on each plan

Recruit CRM connects to other tools through Zapier on every plan, an MCP connector for AI assistants on every paid plan, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messaging that spend credits, and an open API from Business. As read on October 27, 2026, Pro is $95 per user per month billed annually or $109 billed monthly, and Business is $135 or $159 on the same two bases.

A credit is a unit of a shared account balance that pays for metered features. Included credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Zapier and workflow automation

Zapier is included on Pro, Business and Enterprise. Recruit CRM's own workflow automation, which its pricing card says triggers actions across 1000+ apps, spends credits by task volume: 1,000 tasks a month costs 500 credits and 5,000 costs 2,000. One Pro seat includes 100 credits a month and one Business seat 200, so automation at 1,000 tasks needs a bigger pool than either adds. No page prints a price per credit.

LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email

LinkedIn Messaging and Project Sync costs 150 credits per user per month. WhatsApp Messaging costs 100, and its access renews automatically after 30 days while the option stays enabled.

Email is not among the credit-metered features on the pricing card, which lists mailbox and bulk email with two-way email sync, and a meeting scheduler with two-way calendar sync, on every plan. Mailbox connections per user are 1 on Pro and 2 on Business and Enterprise. Recruit CRM Chrome extension covers sourcing from LinkedIn pages.

MCP and the open API

MCP is a connector that lets an AI assistant read and act on your account's data. Recruit CRM says it is on all paid plans and works with any MCP-compatible assistant, including Claude.ai, ChatGPT and Claude Desktop. The Account Owner and Admin roles have access by default.

The open API starts on Business, as do single sign-on and audit logs, so a desk that needs one of them moves from $95 to $135 per user per month on annual billing.

How many integrations Recruit CRM lists

Recruit CRM advertises 5,000+ integrations, while its integration partner directory lists 51, so read the 5,000+ as the vendor's claim, which its Bullhorn comparison page says includes connections through Zapier, Integrately, Pabbly, native partners and APIs.

For QuickBooks or Xero, ask about accounting links: the Bill & Pay page calls accounting integrations coming soon, while its FAQ names both.
