How long the Recruit CRM free trial lasts

Recruit CRM's free trial is 30 days long, but a usage cap can end it sooner. Recruit CRM's pricing page promises a 30-day free trial, while its help center says the trial ends at 30 days or at 50 candidates, 4 open jobs, 50 companies or 50 contacts, whichever comes first, and can be extended up to twice.

Deleted records still count toward the caps, and so do imported records. An extension adds 30 days and is yours to take, up to a maximum of 90 days, as long as no cap has been reached.

Is there a Recruit CRM free plan or free version?

No. Recruit CRM's pricing page lists no free plan, while its credits article has a Free row with 10 credits, so treat the free trial as the only free access.

The cheapest paid plan is Pro, at $95 per user per month billed annually or $109 billed monthly, as read on October 27, 2026. The terms make all subscription charges nonrefundable, so there is no refund guarantee. The built-in CSV import tool is free, and assisted migration is paid.

Zoho Recruit's staffing edition lists a Forever Free plan, which its plan comparison caps at 1 active job.

What to test in 30 days with 50 records

Load a sample, not your full file. Imports count toward the caps, and deleting records does not give the room back. The vendor's setup order fits inside the caps:

1. Import up to 50 candidates.
2. Import up to 50 companies and 50 contacts.
3. Invite teammates; the trial allows up to 50 users.
4. Add up to 4 open jobs.
5. Connect your email account.

Recruit CRM demo or trial: which one to book

Enterprise is the one plan sold through a demo: its pricing card has a Book a demo button, while the Pro and Business cards have Start free trial. The home page shows both buttons side by side.

On card details, Recruit CRM's sign-up page says no credit card is required, while its pricing page does not mention a card. Payment details are entered at the upgrade, where the help center says debit and credit cards are accepted. Manatal's 14-day trial and Loxo's 7-day trial of Professional also say no card.

What happens when the trial ends

The terms of service apply during the trial, and charges start with the subscription. A contract is signed in the product before the subscription is activated, and nonrefundable charges follow. If you do not subscribe, the terms keep your data for 14 days, so export first.
