Loxo has no billing toggle and no monthly option. Core lists unlimited jobs, candidates and companies, email and calendar sync, a Chrome extension and an MCP connection, a connector that lets AI assistants read and act on the account's data. Recruit CRM lists its Chrome sourcing extension, two-way email sync and MCP connector on every plan, Pro included.

Credits on each side

Loxo Professional includes 2,500 credits per seat per month at no extra cost, pooled across the team and refreshed in full each monthly cycle. Recruit CRM gives 100 credits per user on Pro, 200 on Business and 2,000 on Enterprise, pooled across the account, and the allowance expires at the end of the billing cycle.

Each vendor decides what a credit buys, so the two pools are not a like-for-like count. Recruit CRM spends credits on AI sourcing, data enrichment, job multiposting and timesheets, among other features.

Trials: 7 days against 30

Loxo offers a free 7-day trial of Professional without a card, while Core is sold as an annual plan paid up front. The trial is the full Professional platform.

Recruit CRM's trial runs 30 days, and a usage cap on candidates, open jobs, companies or contacts can end it sooner. Its sign-up page says no credit card is required, and you can extend the trial twice, to a maximum of 90 days, while you stay under the caps.

Migration and setup

Loxo offers free migration for Core teams of 3 or more seats, with guided self-serve tooling below that. Complex or custom migrations, including Professional and Enterprise, are scoped as fixed packages before you sign.

Recruit CRM's CSV import tool is free; assisted migration is paid. Its cost follows the record count, filtering out old records lowers it, and a test environment comes before the live upload. A six-recruiter agency that wants its data moved clears Loxo's 3-seat line for Core. For both routes into a new applicant tracking system (ATS), see ATS data migration.

Which agency fits Loxo

Pick Loxo for a team of 3 or more seats that can pay a year up front and wants free migration on Core. Pick Recruit CRM for monthly billing, which charges seats at the start of each month, or for a team on annual billing that adds monthly seats beside annual ones.

Loxo Professional is priced after a demo, so a plan-for-plan comparison with Recruit CRM Business needs a Loxo quote. See Recruit CRM vs Recruiterflow and Recruit CRM pricing.

Loxo's trial runs 7 days on its Professional plan, while Recruit CRM allows 30 days, ending early at its usage caps.
