Records, add-ons and credits

Recruiterflow Platform lists unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts and companies, and its pricing page says no add-ons and no extra costs. Recruit CRM also lists unlimited jobs, candidates and contacts, but its help center sets record caps per user.

Recruit CRM's metered features, such as AI sourcing, data enrichment and job multiposting, spend credits, a shared balance of 100 per Pro seat and 200 per Business seat each month. Unused allowance expires at the end of the billing cycle, and more credits can be bought.

Recruit CRM Pro allows 1 hiring pipeline, the ordered stages a candidate moves through for a job, plus 15 custom fields and 1 mailbox connection per user; Business raises these to 100, 100 and 2. Some extras are sold apart from the seat: Recruit Craft, its website and career page builder, is priced separately on Pro and Business and included on Enterprise.

Trial, demo and data migration

Recruiterflow's pricing page shows Book Your Demo buttons and no trial wording. Recruit CRM's sign-up page says no credit card is required for its trial, and its terms make charges nonrefundable once you subscribe.

Both vendors offer a free self-serve Excel or CSV import. Recruiterflow's paid white-glove migration typically takes 6 to 8 weeks and is priced by data volume, and a fee waiver can be discussed on multi-year contracts. Recruit CRM's assisted migration is paid and priced by record count, and its comparison page puts it at 10 to 14 business days. Recruit CRM vs Loxo covers a third route.

Recruit CRM's trial counts imported records toward its caps, so a trial import is a sample. The free import tool takes up to 10,000 records per upload.

Search firm or contingency desk: which fits

Recruiterflow says Platform is created for search firms that need an end-to-end solution, and AIRA is for search firms with bigger teams. Pick Recruiterflow Platform for a search firm that wants no add-ons and unlimited records. Recruiterflow alternatives lists other options.

Recruit CRM names retained executive search as one of its desk types and puts Executive Search Reports, branded candidate reports for clients, on Business at $135 per user per month billed annually. Invoicing is on every plan; see Recruit CRM pricing.

Recruit CRM's pricing page also lists permanent and direct hire and contract staffing as desk types. For contract staffing it offers timesheets and contractor billing, charged in credits: 100 per active contractor per month for the first 15. Pick Recruit CRM for a contingency or contract desk that wants invoicing on every plan and a 30-day trial.

Recruiterflow's pricing page shows demo buttons and no trial wording, while Recruit CRM has a 30-day free trial that can end early at a usage cap, as the free trial guide explains.
