What the extension does
The Recruit CRM Chrome extension adds a candidate, contact or company to Recruit CRM from a profile page in one click, and it is included on every plan. Pro, the entry plan, is $95 per user per month billed annually or $109 billed monthly, as read on October 27, 2026.
You download it from the Google Webstore, keep third-party cookies enabled, and click the R button on a profile page. The Resume Parser then runs in the background and updates the details within 1 to 3 minutes. If the record already exists, the extension fills only the empty fields unless Override Data is on. What is Recruit CRM covers the rest of the product.

Which plan includes it and what costs credits
The help center says the extension is available on all plans, and the pricing page lists it under Pro, Business and Enterprise. Filling in missing contact details costs credits.
Data enrichment finds a missing email address or phone number for a record. It costs 1 credit for a work email on a contact, 3 for a personal email on a candidate and 4 for a phone number, with no charge if nothing is found. AI sourcing and matching cost 3 credits per 100 profiles.
Credits are a pooled balance, and Pro includes 100 per user per month. AI features use credits, and one agent, the Resume Formatting Agent, is Business-only.
Bullhorn's pricing page lists LinkedIn integrations and an email sidebar from its Core plan, $165 per user per month billed monthly. Pick Bullhorn Core when those integrations are what the desk needs inside Bullhorn, and Recruit CRM when the sourcing extension should come with the entry plan. Recruit CRM integrations covers connections beyond the browser.
Record caps, the trial and the extension
Once an account reaches its records cap, the extension stops adding profiles until you upgrade or add the Additional Records Limit add-on. The help center caps candidates, contacts and companies per user, 10,000 each on Pro, 20,000 on Business and 30,000 on Enterprise. The add-on adds 10,000 of each, and its help article prints no price list. The Recruit CRM review lists each plan's limits.
Recruit CRM's 30-day free trial is the place to try the extension, within the trial's cap of 50 candidates, and deleted records still count toward that cap.
